## What it is

CIPLE Ready is a self-paced online platform for preparing for the CIPLE exam
(Certificado Inicial de Português Língua Estrangeira, CEFR A2) — the language
requirement for Portuguese citizenship and permanent residency. It is built
around the official CAPLE exam format, not a general Portuguese course.
